About the department

The Department of Computer Science Teaching Methods is an integral part of the structure of a higher educational institution and conducts educational, scientific and methodological work among students and teachers. Teachers of the department teach at the Faculty of Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science in the specialties of the department. There are 9 teachers in the department who are engaged in research, educational and educational activities. History of the department Starting from August 17, 2021, the Department of Computer Science Teaching Methods was separated from the Department of Computer Science and became independent on the basis of the order of the Rector of the University No. 180. The activities of the circles of the department

The department has a scientific seminar and a circle of "Informatics in practice". The circle is held every two months. Over the past 2 years, the department has initiated 2 scientific events at the university level: 1 conference and conference on the topic "The use of information and communication technologies in the teaching of natural sciences, exact sciences", dedicated to 2020-2040.
