Journal history

The scientific journal "Bulletin of the Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki" was founded in 2009 on the initiative of the former rector of the university, Professor Karimjon Barfakovich Kadyrov, and its first issue was published in the same year.

The journal is registered with the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan and operates in accordance with the requirements and compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan. The scientific journal "Bulletin of Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki" is registered in the "International Standardized Serial Number (ISSN)" center, has a bilateral agreement with the electronic scientific library of the Russian Federation (elibrary.ru), and is included in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI). The subscribers of this journal are: scientists and teachers, doctoral students, applicants, undergraduates, students, organizations and enterprises, entrepreneurs, specialists, other citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan and foreign countries. From the day of foundation, from 2 to 4 issues a year are published. To date, 25 issues are available to the reader.

PURPOSE AND FUNCTIONS OF THE JOURNAL

The purpose of the scientific journal is to reflect the scientific, cultural, socio-economic life, popularization and publication of scientific and research achievements of scientists, teachers, applicants, domestic and foreign students.

Journal tasks:

• observance of the Charter;
• familiarization with the research achievements of scientists, teachers, graduate students in the specialty, applicants, undergraduates, domestic and foreign students, regardless of the field of activity;
• ensuring high quality of materials of theoretical and practical importance and their publication in the journal;
• providing reports and recommendations to enhance cooperation and promote activities.

Since its foundation, the journal has been under the leadership of the editor-in-chief Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor K.B.Kodirov (2009-2010), Doctor of Philology, Professor N.N.Solekhov (2010-2012), Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor -correspondent of NAST Ablullah Khabibullo (2012-2020). From 2020, the journal will be published under the guidance of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Miralizoda Abdusalom Mustafo.

The editorial board consists of 9 doctors and 7 candidates of sciences, who are scientific, scientific and pedagogical workers and specialists in various fields. All members of the editorial board are qualified specialists in their field.

Scientific articles subject to publication in accordance with the requirements for accepting articles in the journal contain an abstract (in Russian and English), keywords (in Russian and English), information about the author (in Russian and English), list of references, scientific apparatus (scientific apparatus). , which were compiled on the basis of the rules provided by the journal.

The scientific journal "Bulletin of the Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki" was finalized on the basis of the Rules for the development of a list of peer-reviewed scientific journals (publications) of the Republic of Tajikistan, approved by the decision of the Collegium of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated April 27, 2017 No. 1/2 by branches of science: 07.00.00 - Historical and archaeological sciences, 13.00.00 - Pedagogical sciences, 10.00. 00 - Philological sciences will be prepared for publication at the Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki.
