The Department of Personnel and Special Issues is an integral part of the university and operates on the basis of the Charter of the institution of higher professional education of the Republic of Tajikistan. We have found available information about the activities of the Department of Personnel and Special Affairs since 1957. From 1957 to 1958, director of the Department of Personnel and Special Affairs Panchenko V.I. was appointed. In addition to training issues, he was also responsible for the selection and placement of personnel. Later, separate departments were created at the institute. The activities of the Human Resources Department were constantly expanding, the number of employees was increasing. Now the Department of Personnel and Special Affairs has a clear database, and this information is placed on a computer. The Department of Personnel and Special Affairs performs the following tasks: together with the heads of other structures of an institution of higher professional education, it selects and places administrative, scientific, pedagogical, engineering and technical, support personnel and educational and economic personnel. ; rendering assistance to other structures of institutions of higher professional education in strengthening industrial and labor discipline and compliance with labor laws, etc.
