About the department

The all Russian Language of department of y Kulob state University named after Abuabdulloh Rudaki is one of the structure of the higher professional education and conducts educational institution, scientific and methodological activities among the students and teachers. The teachers of this department to teach Russian in all faculties in our university. The department of Russian Language has made significant progress in a short period of time, as the members of this department may be Khudoydodova Sh.Z., Fayzulloeva F.M., Asoeva K.A. successfully defended their scientific dissertation.  Dzhumaeva D. Zh., Nurmatova Z.Sh., Nazarova R.T. who were applicants for the same department.

Department history

Simultaneously with the creation of a two-year pedagogical institute in Kulob, Russian language groups were also created. Students studied in a special Russian group.

In the early days, the task of the faculty and department was to organize the teaching of the Russian language in all faculties of the institute, as well as the teaching of Russian and foreign literature at the faculties of the Tajik language and literature, history, geography, natural sciences, physics and mathematics.

In the 1954-1955 academic year, G. Reznik taught Russian, and A.F. Ustimenko taught Russian in the first years of the Physics, Mathematics and History of the chair.

In the 1971 academic year, an interfaculty department of the Russian language was created, as V.V. Sobenina, R. Juraev, S.I. Indyukov, A. Kadrulloev, V.P. Sukmanova, R. Bobokhonova, S. Rogovin, R.D. Khostikov. Their theoretical studies included issues of dialectology, the history of grammar, the modern Russian literary language and Russian language.

In the 1979-1980 academic year, 9 teachers worked at the interfaculty department of Russian language of the institute. The following teachers worked at the department: Juraev R., G.M. Mirzoev, T.V. Gritsenko, V.A. Sumakova, R.B. Bobokhonova, A.A. Jobirova, T.P. Durneva, L.E. Smolenkova, Yu.A. Kim, O.S. Tsidaev. Members of the department already had 5-10 years of work experience at the institute. They knew well the methodology of teaching Russian language in higher education.

In 1989, Russian language department was abolished the inter-faculty and its employees were transferred for the development of oral and written speech. The head of the department was Ryabova L.V., and then Salimov R.D.

On March 26, 2010, for the basis of the regulations on the Department of Higher Professional Education of the Republic of Tajikistan dated April 13, 2010, Russian Language department was divided into two departments: the general university department of the Russian language and the Department of Modern Russian. Asoeva K.A. the former head of the department of the Russian language from 04/01/2010 was appointed and the head of all Russian Language department. The composition of the all Russian language wided of the  department to included the following teachers and staff: Faizulloeva F.M., Nosirshoev I., Bobokhonova R.B., Sharipov S.R., Karimov M., Kurbanov Z., Kadrulloev A.K. , Murodov R.N., Asoeva K.A., Dzhabborov B.O., Nurmatov Y.E., Nozimova M., Tolibova O.O., Musoeva Zh.

From 2011 to 2013, the head of the department was the candidate of philological sciences Sh.Z.Khudoydodova.

Since December 2013, the general university department has been headed by Candidate of pedagogical sciences Fayzulloeva F.M. Teachers of this department: Faizulloeva F.M., Nurmatova Z.Sh., Dzhumaeva D.Zh., Nazarova R.T., Murodov R.N., Nurova N.N., Tolibova O.O., Ergasheva Sh.K. ., Dzhaborov B.O., Kurbonova S.A., Toirov S.M.

Since January 2018, the university-wide department of the Russian language has been attached to the structure of the Faculty of Russian Philology.

According to the decision of the Academic Council of KSU. Rudaki dated December 24, 2019 No. 5, the all-university department of the Russian language was withdrawn from the faculty of Russian philology and transformed into the all-university department of the Russian language.

The activities of the clubs the department

There is a circle "Russian word" at the department. The circle has 22 members, the circle is headed by an experienced teacher Kurbanova S.A.

Members of the circle present reports at scientific and practical conferences. Club members are mainly 1st-year students of non-core faculties who do not continue their studies in the Russian language at higher courses. This year, the department decided to increase the number of members of the circle at the expense of students of higher courses.

The department has a scientific and methodological seminar, which holds its meetings once a month. The seminar is led by Dzhabarov B.O. At the meetings of the scientific and methodological seminar of the department, topics of scientific work of teachers, open classes of teachers, articles of teachers at conferences are discussed.
