Department of Education

The Department of Education is a structural unit of the Kulob State University named after Abuabdulloh Rudaki, acting on the basis of the University Charter and the Regulations of the University Council of Academicians, taking the lead in all issues related to education in its activities and being the main regulatory structure in this area.

The employees of the Department of Education are responsible for implementing the decisions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the National Education Concession, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Education”, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the Responsibility of Parents for the Education and Upbringing of Children”, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Youth and State Youth Policy”, “Model Regulations on Higher Professional Educational Institutions of the Republic of Tajikistan”, “Charter of the Kulob State University named after Abuabdulloh Rudaki”, decisions of the Council of Academicians, orders of the University Rector and instructions of the University Board. In order to celebrate historical dates and involve the faculty and students of the University in political, cultural and sports events, the Education Department develops plans and events, and strictly monitors their implementation in all sub-structures of the educational part of the University.

The Education Department also takes the necessary measures to implement the National Concept of Education in the Republic of Tajikistan, organizes its continuous study in educational lessons of academic groups, and monitors the process of conducting educational lessons in accordance with the approved plan. In recent years, in the country's higher vocational schools, along with educational and scientific work, more attention and importance have been paid to the process of educational work. The Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, in his speeches, analyzed the position and aspirations of the intelligentsia in the creation, creativity and initiative of society, and emphasized that in universities and institutes, in addition to teaching and learning, serious attention should be paid to educational work. Therefore, Kulob State University named after Abuabdulloh Rudaki and the Department of Education comprehensively support the policy pursued by the Head of State, and in its multifaceted activities, it has taken as its guiding principles the instructions, instructions, and wise and constructive policy of the Head of State, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, the Resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Executive Body of the State Power of the city of Kulob, and the Resolutions of the Council of Scientists, and has directed all its efforts, energy, and enthusiasm to their implementation, and has directed its activities to the state policy in the field of education, to improve the quality of education, to train highly qualified specialists in the competitive labor market, and to enter the single global educational space.
