ACTIVITIES OF DOCTORAL IN SPECIALTY (PHD)

Doctoral activities in the specialty (PhD) at Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki have been operating since 2015. Doctoral activities in the specialty

(PhD) were established with the aim of integrating education and science, creating an effective system for scientific personnel, as well as highly qualified educators  and pedagogical personnel in accordance with international standards. It is also aimed at addressing current issues in scientific, methodological, legal, financial, economic, personnel, and material-technical support in higher education institutions.

The responsibilities of the doctoral program in the specialty are as follows:

• training of domestic PhD candidates in specialties that are competitive in the domestic and international labor market;
• integration of national PhD programs in specialties from the global educational environment;
• introduction into the educational process of technology, modern and relevant teaching methods aimed at individual development of the personality, its ability for self-development, self-determination and self-education;
• ensuring the consistency of educational programs of the multi-level structure of higher education and professional education after higher education.

• Passport (copy);
• Application form for applicants to doctoral studies in the specialty (PhD);
• Notarized copies of diplomas of higher and postgraduate education and appendices to them (bachelor's and master's degrees);
• Personal record sheet of personnel;
• Copy of work record book, certified by the HR department (if work experience is available);
• Certificate of passing additional exams in a foreign language, if any (TOEFL), etc.;
• Letters of recommendation (certified by the seal of the organization);
• List of published scientific articles and educational and methodological works (if none, provide an abstract on the specialty with reviews of at least two specialists in this field);
• Justification of the planned dissertation research in agreement with a domestic or foreign scientific supervisor (upon request of higher professional educational and scientific institutions);
