SHARIFZODA Odinamo Pirnazar (born January 14, 1980, Kulob, Khatlon region, from a family of servants), Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences (2012), Associate Professor (2023). Graduated from the Faculty of Russian Language and Literature of Kulob State University named after Abuabdulloh Rudaki (2002). Studied at secondary school No. 5 of Kulob (1987-1997), student (1997-2002), assistant, senior lecturer at the Department of Russian and Foreign Literature (2004-2011), deputy dean of the Faculty of Russian Philology for education (2011-2012), head of the Department of Modern Russian Language (2012-2015), head of the Department of Monitoring and Control of the Quality of Education (2015-2017), dean of the Faculty of Russian Philology (2017-2019, 2020-2025). Since July 2025, Deputy Rector for Education of Kulob State University named after Abuabdulloh Rudaki. He defended his PhD thesis on the topic "Preparing future teachers for aesthetic education of students in the educational process and extracurricular activities" (2012, Kurgan-Teppa). His scientific research has scientific and practical significance in the preparation of future teachers and is widely used in higher pedagogical schools. He is the author of a monograph, 2 methodological manuals, 3 educational materials and 47 scientific articles. He was awarded the "Excellence in Education of Tajikistan" award (2012).
