Department of Legal Support

The Department of Legal Support (hereinafter referred to as the Department) is a structural subdivision of Abuabdullohi Rudaki Kulyab State University, carries out its activities on legal support of the university, reports to the Rector of the University and reports to him.

The Department is guided in its activities by the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan, other normative legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, international legal acts recognized by the Republic of Tajikistan, the charter of the University and the instructions of the department.

The main tasks of the department:

  1. Monitoring compliance with the legislation on education in educational, educational and research activities at the university;
  2. In accordance with the draft orders provided by the university structures;
  3. Study of the normative legal acts in accordance with which the university operates;
  4. Taking appropriate measures against persons who provided the rector of the University with illegal documents for signature, and their cancellation.;
  5. Protection of the rights and interests of the university in lawsuits, arbitration courts and other legal issues;
  6. Participation in the preparation of employment contracts (contracts) and employment contracts;
  7. Familiarization of the university staff with the legislation on education and other regulatory legal acts;
  8. Providing practical assistance to university staff on legal issues;
  9. in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, it performs other functions.
