Kindergarten Sitora

The Sitora Preschool at Abuabdullo Rudaki Kulob State University is one of the institutions dedicated to raising children and offering the necessary conditions for high-quality education and leisure activities. This kindergarten was established on the initiative and with the direct support of the university's rector, the Honorable Abdullo Habibulla, and opened on September 4, 2018. Sitora Preschool is built in a contemporary style and is fully equipped with modern technology. The kindergarten was created primarily for the children of university faculty and staff and also serves as an experimental facility at the university, where students from the preschool education faculty undertake internships. Currently, 120 children are enrolled in four groups: three groups study Tajik, and one group studies Russian. In addition to Tajik, the children also study Russian and English. At the kindergarten, children aged 2 to 6-7 receive an education and preparation for school, divided into four groups. The first group includes younger children (2 to 3 years old), the second group includes younger children (3 to 4 years old), the older group (5 to 6 years old), and the preschool group (6 to 7 years old).

Currently, 120 children are studying and preparing for school at the institution, and the fifth group is being prepared under the guidance of kindergarten specialists. Demand for the kindergarten's services from teachers, staff, and residents is very high, and the kindergarten management aims to increase the number of children to 150 as soon as possible. To properly organize the education and preparation, the kindergarten management has brought in specialists from kindergartens in the Sughd region, Dushanbe, and Kulob.

The kindergarten has 20 employees, including five teachers, five assistant teachers, one Russian language teacher, one English teacher, one music director, one nurse, an accountant, and a facilities manager. The teachers and assistant teachers were selected through a competition and are currently working.

The SITORA Kindergarten at Abuabdullo Rudaki Kulob State University operates in accordance with Order No. 2735 of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan dated July 20, 2018, on conducting educational activities in the field of preschool education and upbringing for a period of five (5) years, based on its Regulations and Charter.
