About the department

The Department of History and Methodology of History Education is one of the main structures of the Faculty of History, Law and International Relations of Kulob State University named after Abu Abdullah Rudaki. provides methodological support to the teaching profession. Students are taught in the department on 15 academic subjects. Teachers of the department are taking all measures and trying to develop competitive specialists who meet the requirements of the labor market.

History of the department

Department of History and Methodology of History Education on the basis of the Department of History and Law of the Faculty of History and Law, on September 4, 2007, in accordance with the order No. 95, rector of Kulob State University, candidate of historical sciences, associate professor Azamov Kh. S. was established. At the beginning of its establishment, its members were 5 people. Associate Professor Yunusov S. is one of the first teachers and teachers of the Department of History. Activities of clubs in the department

A theoretical and scientific-methodological seminar is held at the department, which is headed by a candidate of political sciences. Nazarzoda Pirali and its secretary is assistant Karimzoda I. is in charge. At the same time, the scientific club of students "Archaeology" operates at the department. Assistant Lalbekov S. led the club is in charge. At present, the club has 35 members and plays an effective role in finding talented students.

Members of the club actively participate in scientific-practical conferences of the university and republican competitions in the field of historical science, and are awarded prominent places.
