KAMOLZODA Shodmon Valikhon (born 06.09.1991, Vose, Khatlon region, from an intellectual family), Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Doctor of Social Philosophy (2023), Associate Professor (2024). Graduated from Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki, majoring in Russian language and literature (2012), international relations (2018). Studied at secondary school No. 16, n. Vose (1997-2008), student (2008-2012), master's student (2016-2018), assistant professor of the Department of Philosophy (2017-2020), senior lecturer (2020-2024), specialist, leading specialist of the Department of Education (2018-2021), chief specialist of the Department of Education (2021-2023), deputy head of the Department of Education (2023-2025). Since July 2025, deputy rector of the Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki for science and innovation. Defended his doctoral thesis (PhD) on the topic "Philosophy of Information and Modern Scientific Worldview" (2023, Dushanbe). His scientific and research works are mainly devoted to the issues of the philosophy of information, the scientific worldview, the idea of ​​global evolutionism, the issue of the future evolution of man, and the scientific worldview. He is the author of one monograph, one textbook, three educational and methodological manuals, and more than 35 scientific and popular science articles.
