Rafiev Safarkhon Ayubovich

Rafiev Safarkhon Ayubovich was born on November 14, 1983 in a family of employees.

After graduating from secondary school in 2006 year, he entered to the faculty of Mathematics of Kulоb State University named after Abuabdulloh Rudaki on speacial majoring in software engineering and graduating with an honors diploma.

From 2005 to 2008 was the chairman of youth organization in the university.

In  2008 to 2010 he worked as the chief specialist of the youth department over sports and tourism in  Kulоb town.

From 2009 till 2012 studied promoting research as a graduate student in Kulob State University named after Abuabdulloh Rudaki.

In 2006-2010 he was as the lecturer from the subject of information technology in Pedagogical College of Kulоb State University named after Abuabdulloh Rudaki.

Over  2011 and 2012  was the director of the cultural center of the youth of Kulоb town. From February till September in 2013 year he worked as the  director of the cultural center in  Kulоb town and period of this time he was as the head of the registration and information system center.

From 2013 till 2015 the head of the educational department of the Kulоb State University named after Abuabdulloh Rudaki.

In 2015 to 2019- head of the computer sciences department of the above-mentioned university.

From February 25, 2019, No. 1076, he was appointed to the position of Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation of Kulоb State University named after Abuabdulloh Rudaki by order of the Minister of Public Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan. 

In 2017 year, he successfully defended his PhD thesis on the topic: “An integrated approach to the implementation of information and communication technologies for teaching mathematics in universities of Tajikistan” in the specialty 13-00-08 – “Theory and methodology of vocational education” at the State National University of Tajikistan. Author of 16 scientific articles and 1 monograph.

Married: has 3 children.
