Department of monitoring and management of quality control of education

The department of monitoring and quality control of education operates based on regulatory documents, the National Concept for Assessing the quality of education in the Republic of Tajikistan for the period up to 2044 dated April 29, 2024, No. 240, regulations, and current plans, instructions, and orders of the Ministry of Education and science of the Republic of Tajikistan, the agency for supervision of education and science under the president of the Republic of Tajikistan, guidelines, and upon the instruction of the University Rector.

Department of monitoring and quality control of education: Officially established in 2009.

The need for this department within the university stems from ensuring the quality of education and organizing the training of specialists for the country in accordance with modern requirements. In order to implement a unified state policy in education, the department monitors compliance with state educational standards for the specialties offered at the university, evaluates the teaching and learning process, the level of student knowledge, the training of specialists, and other aspects of the university's activities. The department, despite being a newly created structure, operates effectively and plays an important role in improving the quality of education and the sense of responsibility of students and teachers.

Heads of the department of monitoring and quality control of education: Raimanov Sh. (2009-2013), Davlatov T. (2013-2015), Sharipova O. (2015-2016), Amirov F. (2017-2019). Boboeva M. (2019-2025), since June 2025, the head has been associate professor Abdulloev N.S., leading specialist Kulobiev M.A., and specialist Nazirzoda M.
