Center for professional development and innovation

General Information

The Center for Professional Development and Innovation of the Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki was established on the basis of a letter from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan dated February 26, 2016 No. 05/1-976. The center is located on the second floor of the administrative building of the university, auditorium No. 200. The center employs 5 people: a manager and four specialists. The activity of the center is cooperation with organizations and institutions, work with volunteers, development and implementation of projects. The main goal of the Center is to cooperate with enterprises and institutions (employers) and prepare students for their needs.

Center Responsibilities

• Specific information about vacancies and employers;
• Organization of training seminars according to the requirements of employers;
• Learn to write a project;
• Formation and strengthening of volunteer skills (volunteering);
• Organization of job fairs.
• To acquaint students with work activities, conditions, requirements, employees and a map of enterprises;

For students

• Participation in training seminars according to the requirements of employers;
• Participation in job fairs;
• Participation in meetings with employers;
• Participation in a meeting with successful graduates;
• Participation in training seminars on project design;
• Presentation of projects to domestic and foreign investors;
• Participation in voluntary professional development trainings.
