MUHTORZODA Mumin Mukhtor (born March 18, 1982, Muminobodi settlement, Khatlon region, Navbahor village, from a working family), biologist, candidate of pedagogical sciences (2019), associate professor (2021). Graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry and Biology of Kulyab State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki (2006). Studied at secondary school No. 37 of Muminobod district (1988-1999), agricultural assistant (1999-2001), student (2001-2006), assistant (2006-2007), senior lecturer at the Department of Biology of the Abuabdullohi Rudaki State University (2007-2019), deputy dean of the Faculty of Chemistry and Biology for Education (2007-2012), head of the Department of Biology (2013-2017), dean of the Faculty of Physical Education and Military Defense Training (2017-2018), director of the Technological Park (2018). Since December 2018, deputy rector for administration and economy of the Abuabdullohi Rudaki Kulyab State University. He defended his PhD thesis on the topic "Pedagogical conditions for the formation of ecological culture and activation of students of grades 5-9 of secondary educational institutions of the Republic of Tajikistan in nature protection" (2019, Dushanbe). He is the author of four educational manuals and more than 10 scientific articles. He was awarded the Medal of Excellence in Education of Tajikistan (2022).
