ATTENTION TO THE EDUCATION AND RECREATION OF THE YOUNGER GENERATION

On July 13, 2026, in line with the education-oriented policy of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, which places special emphasis on the education and upbringing of the younger generation, the leadership of Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki, headed by the Rector, Professor Safarzoda Munir Vatan, visited the universitys Istiqlol Educational and Recreation Camp located in Muminobod District, where the children of the universitys faculty and staff are spending their summer holidays while participating in educational and developmental activities.

During the visit, it was emphasized that raising the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism, national identity, and respect for national and cultural values is among the key priorities of the state policy of the Republic of Tajikistan. Within this framework, the Government continues to support childrens summer camps by creating a healthy environment and favorable conditions for education, personal development, and recreation.

The Istiqlol Educational and Recreation Camp serves as a vivid example of the practical implementation of this policy. Established on the initiative of the university administration, the camp welcomes more than 100 children of the universitys faculty and staff in two sessions this year. Its comprehensive program includes literary clubs, sports competitions, life-skills training, educational activities, and character-building programs designed to foster the holistic development of every child.

Thanks to the comfortable facilities and caring environment, children not only enjoy a meaningful vacation but also strengthen their sense of patriotism, national identity, and respect for their cultural heritage. This initiative is implemented annually by the university administration as part of its strong commitment to social responsibility and support for the national education policy.

During the second part of the visit, the campers presented a colorful cultural program featuring patriotic songs, poetry recitations, and educational performances reflecting their love for the Motherland, national pride, and civic values. The sincere performances created a festive atmosphere and were warmly received by the university leadership and guests.
