FINAL MEETING OF THE UNIVERSITY RECTORATE HELD

On June 10, 2026, the concluding meeting of the University Administration was held at Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki. During the meeting, key issues related to the educational, scientific, and organizational activities of the university were reviewed and discussed. The meeting was chaired by the Rector of the University, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Munir Vatan Safarzoda, and attended by members of the administration.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Chairperson of the University Womens Council, Mubina Qayumova, delivered a report on the implementation of the National Strategy for Enhancing the Role of Women in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2021–2030, the execution of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW), and the implementation of the concluding recommendations of the UN Committee within the university. Information was presented on the measures undertaken, achievements attained, and future tasks aimed at promoting womens status and ensuring gender equality.

Subsequently, the head of the working group, Muhammad Saidzoda, presented a report on the state of the educational process and academic activities in the universitys part-time study programs during the second semester. The discussion focused on the quality of instruction, student attendance, and the implementation of academic curricula.

The Vice-Rector for Administration and Facilities, Mumin Mukhtorzoda, also reported on the preparedness of the universitys educational and experimental farm “Istiqlol” in Muminobod District for organizing summer recreational camps. It was noted that significant efforts had been undertaken to provide favorable conditions for recreation and leisure and to ensure the readiness of the camp infrastructure.

In addition, the Secretary of the Administration Meeting, Bahrom Kholmatov, presented a report titled “Summary of the Administrations Activities in the 2025–2026 Academic Year and Tasks for the 2026–2027 Academic Year.” The report summarized the administrations achievements during the reporting period and outlined priority areas and key objectives for the upcoming academic year.

During the section devoted to current issues, members of the administration delivered presentations related to their respective areas of responsibility, providing updates on the universitys educational, scientific, extracurricular, and organizational activities.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the university leadership issued specific instructions aimed at addressing existing shortcomings, improving the quality of education, strengthening educational and extracurricular work, and ensuring the timely implementation of assigned tasks. It was emphasized that a high level of responsibility and the effective execution of work plans are among the most important duties of every university employee.
