On June 9, 2026, a meeting of the Department of Informatics Teaching Methodology of the Faculty of Physics, Mathematics and Informatics at Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki was held to discuss the dissertation of PhD candidate Qurbonzoda Nekruz Nurahmad entitled “Innovative Forms for Developing Professional Competencies of Information Technology Teachers in General Secondary Education Institutions within the Professional Development System.”
The dissertation was prepared under the supervision of Associate Professor Ayubzoda Safar Ayub of the Department of Software Engineering and WEB Design and was submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the specialty 6D011102 – Theory and Technology of Teaching Informatics (Professional Education).
The discussion was attended by the Head of the Department, Associate Professor Murodalizoda Rahmonali; member of Dissertation Council 6D.KOA-048 at Bokhtar State University named after Nosiri Khusrav, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor Safarov Jumaboy; the scientific supervisor, Associate Professor Ayubzoda Safar Ayub; Head of the Department of Software Engineering and WEB Design, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Shohsanami Rizo; Head of the University-wide Department of Informatics and Information Technologies, Associate Professor Safarov Saytojiddin; as well as faculty members of the university.
During the discussion, the official reviewers, Professor Safarov Jumaboy and Associate Professor Murodalizoda Rahmonali, together with other participants, thoroughly analyzed the key aspects of the dissertation and provided valuable comments and recommendations for its improvement. Taking into account the remarks and suggestions presented, the dissertation was recognized as completed and recommended for consideration at the next stage of the academic review process.
The administration of Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki congratulated the researcher and his academic supervisor, wishing them continued success, productive research activities, and new scientific achievements.
