MORNING EXERCISE SESSION HELD AT KSU

Today, May 30, 2026, a collective morning exercise session was held at Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki with the participation of the university leadership, faculty members, and students.

The event aimed to promote a healthy lifestyle, enhance sports culture, develop the physical and moral capacities of young people, and encourage their broader involvement in regular sports activities.

This sports initiative was organized within the framework of the wise youth-oriented policy of the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, as well as preparations for the grand celebration of the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.

During the exercise session, participants, under the guidance of instructors from the Department of Physical Education and Teaching Methodology, performed a variety of physical exercises and emphasized the importance of sport as a key factor in public health and a means of strengthening willpower, friendship, and mutual understanding among young people.

The active participation of the university leadership, faculty members, and students in this sporting event reflects the university administration’s serious attention to health protection, physical education, and the development of active and responsible young individuals.

Collective morning exercise sessions will continue to be held according to the approved schedule, contributing to improved health, increased social engagement, and the promotion of a healthy culture among youth.
