HOLDING THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE UNIVERSITY ADMINISTRATION

Today, on May 15, 2026, the regular meeting of the administration of Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki was held, during which important issues related to the educational, scientific, and organizational activities of the university were discussed. The meeting was chaired by the Rector of the university, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Safarzoda Munir Vatan, with the participation of the administration members.

At the beginning of the meeting, the head of the working group, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Fayzzoda Bakhtovar, delivered a report on the issue “The State of Holding Meetings of Dean’s Offices and Departments and the Effectiveness of Duty Performance.” He presented information on the organization and conduct of meetings, implementation of decisions, and the responsibility of structural units. It was emphasized that strengthening supervision and maintaining labor discipline are necessary to improve the efficiency of the university’s structural activities.

Then, regarding the issue “Summarizing the Activities of Faculties in the 2025–2026 Academic Year and Determining Their Rankings,” the head of the working group and university lawyer, Nazarov Bakhtiyor, presented a report. During the discussion, the activities of the faculties were analyzed based on educational, scientific, and extracurricular performance indicators, as well as student participation in competitions and events. Special attention was paid to improving the quality of education and enhancing faculty ranking indicators.

In addition, Sharipov Nazrullo, Head of the Department of Internships and Work with Young Specialists, delivered a report on the issue “Summarizing Teaching Practice and Preparing for Educational and Industrial Internships.” It was noted that additional measures would be implemented to strengthen cooperation with institutions and improve the practical training of students.

During the section on current issues, members of the administration spoke on the areas of their responsibility and presented information on the progress of the university’s educational, scientific, extracurricular, and organizational activities.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the university leadership gave specific instructions to responsible persons regarding the elimination of existing shortcomings, improvement of the quality and standards of education, strengthening educational work, and timely fulfillment of assigned tasks. It was emphasized that increasing responsibility and effectively implementing work plans are among the key duties of every university employee.
