MEETING OF LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES WITH UNIVERSITY TEACHERS AND STUDENTS

A useful meeting of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with teachers and students was held at Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki. The event was attended and addressed by the Rector of the University, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Safarzoda Munir Vatan; Head of the Department for Awareness and Prevention of Offenses among Minors and Youth of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Police Colonel Barotzoda Tohir; First Deputy Head of the same department, Police Colonel Umarjoni Emomali; Head of the Department of Internal Affairs of Kulob city, Police Colonel Saidzoda Tojiddin; and other responsible officials.

During the meeting, important issues were discussed, including the explanation of the Address of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, “On the Main Directions of Domestic and Foreign Policy of the Country,” the practical implementation of the Leader of the Nation’s instructions in the field of state youth policy, strengthening patriotism and national self-awareness, respect for national and universal values, as well as active participation of youth in political, cultural, and sports events.

At the same time, the officials expressed views on preventing youth involvement in extremist parties and movements, proper use of social networks, learning foreign languages, and mastering modern technologies. Young people were encouraged to pursue knowledge, demonstrate responsibility, and contribute to the development of society.

At the conclusion of the meeting, it was emphasized that holding such meetings is of great importance for strengthening legal awareness, increasing civic responsibility among youth, and preparing an educated generation for the future of the state and nation.
