MORNING EXERCISE - A STEP TOWARDS A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

On the morning of Saturday, April 18, 2026, a morning exercise session was held at Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki. The event was organized as part of preparations for the достойное celebration of the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan and in line with the sports policy of the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon. University leadership, faculty members, and students actively participated in the event.

The main goal of such activities is to promote a healthy lifestyle, improve physical fitness, and strengthen the mental well-being of young people. The exercises were conducted under the guidance of instructors from the Department of Physical Education and its Teaching Methodology, with participants performing a variety of physical exercises.

The active participation of the university leadership demonstrates that the health of youth and the promotion of sports culture remain key priorities. Organizing such events is an important part of implementing state policy aimed at developing sports among different segments of society.

Morning exercise sessions will continue in the future according to the established schedule.
