On March 17, 2026, a scientific and theoretical conference entitled “Navruz as the Embodiment of Aryan Philosophy” was held at Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki, initiated by the Department of Philosophy and dedicated to the International Navruz holiday.
The conference brought together scholars, researchers, and students who discussed various philosophical, historical, and cultural aspects of Navruz, as well as the contribution of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon to the достойное presentation of this ancient holiday on the international stage.
Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation, Associate Professor Shodmon Kamolzoda, in his opening remarks, emphasized that Navruz is one of the oldest celebrations of human civilization, originating from ancient times and continuing to symbolize the beginning of the new year, the revival of nature, and the renewal of human life. Navruz represents a great school of morality, enlightenment, and national self-awareness. During these days, people set aside hostility, bring their hearts closer together, perform acts of kindness, and begin a new life with good intentions. Thus, Navruz embodies profound philosophical ideas - the eternity of nature, the continuity of life, and the connection between humans and the environment.
During the conference, Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs, Associate Professor Odinamo Sharifzoda presented a report on “Navruz as a Heritage of Human Civilization and a Celebration of National Values.” Associate Professor of the Department of Philosophy Dodarbek Saydaliev spoke on “The Spiritual Transformation of Labor Migration in the Light of Navruz Philosophy and the Avesta Triad: Countering Media Manipulation.” Senior Lecturer Kurbon Zaynalov presented “Navruz as the Oldest National Holiday of the Tajik People,” and Head of the Department, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences Muhammadsaid Hasanov delivered a report on “The Philosophy of Navruz and Its Role in the Development of Spiritual Life.”
It was emphasized that, thanks to the cultural policy and humanitarian initiatives of the Leader of the Nation, Navruz has gained new status and recognition during the years of independence and has evolved from a national celebration into an international cultural value.
