EDUCATIONAL SESSION DEDICATED TO THE NAVRUZ HOLIDAY

At Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki, educational sessions are regularly organized to strengthen moral and educational work and to enhance students’ cultural awareness. In this context, at the Faculty of Physics, Mathematics and Informatics, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Methods of Teaching Informatics Nekruz Kurbonov conducted an educational session dedicated to the international holiday of Navruz with the academic group 108 of the specialty “Informatics”.

During the session, the lecturer spoke about the history of the origin of Navruz, its ancient traditions, and its cultural significance, explaining its role in strengthening national values, friendship and mutual understanding, as well as in reviving folk traditions.

The students actively participated in the lesson and expressed their views on the place of Navruz in national culture. At the end of the session, it was emphasized that studying and honoring such national holidays plays an important role in fostering a sense of national identity and respect for the cultural values of the people.
