DEVELOPMENT OF MUSICAL PERCEPTION OF YOUNG SCHOOLCHILDREN IN THE PROCESS OF TEACHING THE SUBJECT “SINGING AND MUSIC”

At the Faculty of Pedagogy and Culture of Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki, a roundtable was held on the topic “Development of Musical Perception of Young Schoolchildren in the Process of Teaching the Subject ‘Singing and Music’.” The event was organized by the Department of Humanities and Methods of Teaching and was attended by the faculty members of the department.

First, the Head of the Department, Associate Professor Jurakhonzoda Gulru delivered an opening speech, explaining the purpose of the roundtable and introducing the speakers to the participants.

Then Associate Professor Mirzoeva Bunafsha presented a report on the topic “The Role of Music Lessons in the Formation of Students’ Spiritual Worldview and Aesthetic Taste.” Senior Lecturer Rahmatov Jumakhon delivered a presentation titled “Goals and Objectives of Teaching Singing and Music in Primary Classes,” and Assistant Umedjoni B.H. presented a report on the topic “Development of Musical Art during the Period of Independence.”

In their speeches, the presenters emphasized the importance of studying music in shaping students’ aesthetic taste and worldview.
