ORGANIZATION OF A TRAINING SEMINAR ON PROFESSIONAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AT THE UNIVERSITY

At the Center for Career Development and Innovation of Kulob State University named after Abuabdulloh Rudaki, on the initiative of the International Relations Department, a training seminar titled *“The Art of Self-Presentation: How to Prepare the Best CV and Succeed in an Interview”* is being held.

The aim of the seminar is to prepare students for participation in academic mobility programs, obtaining international grants, as well as to improve their readiness for entering the labor market. Within the seminar, participants will gain useful knowledge about the difference between a CV and a résumé, the basic rules for preparing personal documents, how to properly present skills and competencies, and key aspects of interview preparation.

The seminar is conducted by an experienced specialist in international project development and youth skills enhancement, Associate Professor Dodarbek Saidaliev. The event is aimed at improving both theoretical knowledge and practical skills of participants.

It should be noted that such events make a significant contribution to increasing students’ competitiveness, developing professional skills, and preparing young specialists who meet the requirements of the labor market.
