A regional freestyle wrestling competition among youth and teenagers was held in the city of Kulob, bringing together experienced and promising athletes from the region.
In this competition, two students from the Faculty of Physical Education and Military Training of Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki achieved notable results and secured prize-winning places.
In particular, Khakimov Khudoydod, a second-year student competing in the 86 kg weight category, won first place, demonstrating a high level of athletic skill.
Additionally, Solizoda Shamsuddin, a third-year student in the same weight category, earned third place.
These achievements are the result of the athletes’ consistent hard work and reflect the development of sports and the university’s strong commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle. The university administration and faculty members wish the winners continued success in their future endeavors.
