On July 4, 2026, PhD doctoral candidate of Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki, Ibodova Sayohat Mahmadulloevna, successfully defended her dissertation entitled “Non-Finite Forms of the Verb in the Tajik and English Languages (Based on Scientific and Literary Works).”

The dissertation was submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Linguistics (Specialty 6D021300 - Linguistics; 6D021310 - Typological and Comparative Linguistics) and was defended before Dissertation Council 6D.KOA-117 at the International University of Foreign Languages of Tajikistan named after Sotim Ulugzoda. The research was conducted under the academic supervision of Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor Parvona Jamshedov.
