Today, on May 14, 2026, Shodizoda Saodat Islomkhon, a candidate researcher of the Department of History of the Tajik People at Kulob State University named after Abuabdullohi Rudaki, successfully defended her dissertation entitled “Socio-Economic and Cultural Life of the Republic of Tajikistan (1991–2021) (on the Example of the Kulob Region of Khatlon Province)” under the supervision of Doctor of Historical Sciences Murodzoda Ahmadkhon Amrokhon.

The dissertation was submitted for the degree of Candidate of Historical Sciences in the specialty 6.1. History and Archaeology, 6.1.1. National History, and was defended at the Dissertation Council 6D.KOA-093 under the A. Donish Institute of History, Archaeology and Ethnography of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan.
